This is based on selling in a seller's market. No matter when you're thinking about selling, it's never too early to meet with a Realtor to discuss the process and talk about what you need to do to get ready to sell. Just give me a call and let's chat!

In this video, I share with you a few tips for preparing your home for sale. This video focuses on decluttering and depersonalizing... two very important things to consider when getting your house ready to show (and sell). I'm always available to consult on this if you have any questions.

I've created a short video with a simple decision tree on how to decide whether to buy or sell first if you're thinking about moving and have a home to sell. I've boiled it down to three questions to answer that lead you to four different options. I've probably oversimplified this, but I think it's a good guide to help determine which direction will work best for you. If you have other thoughts on how to make this decision or ideas to share on what's worked for you, I'd love to hear them! If you want to learn more about the pros and cons of each option and discuss which path might make the most sense for you, give me a call!

Also watch the webinar replay on whether to buy or sell first for more details on the options.

I created this short video about what typically stays and what goes when you sell a house. There seems to be a lot of questions about this topic. Although there's no straight answer, there are some general rules of thumb I can share. Hope this helps!

In this video, I share 7 tips for Sellers to help ensure they are prepared to sell in this market and maximize their sale. If you're curious what your home is worth, I'd be happy to give you a comprehensive (and complimentary) comparative market analysis on the value of your home in this market considering all the unique qualities of your house.

leasebacks.jpg

I created a video about Seller leasebacks. Also sometimes called "rent back", this is basically a short-term arrangement where the Seller gets some extended period of possession after closing. Leasebacks have been fairly common during this hot Seller's market for a variety of reasons. This video covers what a leaseback is, the benefits to Sellers and Buyers, and how they work. If you haven any questions, I'm happy to talk with you further about this and discuss whether it could be a good option for your situation. **Please note this is not legal advice and you may want to consult an attorney if you are considering this situation.**

In this video, I interview local home inspector Sean Hathaway from FrontLine Home Inspectors. We cover everything from the different types of inspections and what they entail to whether a pre-listing inspection is a good idea.

Also check out this video on how to negotiate home inspection issues.

Most buyers and sellers don't realize what is involved in getting a home from a signed contract to the closing table. The Title company plays a key role in this process. In this recorded webinar, Realtor Erin Johnson and Andrea Hyatt from American Title Solutions cover the key things you need to about the home closing process. They also share some of the key 'pitfalls' and things that can go wrong during this process. Whether you're a buyer or seller, this webinar will help you understand what to expect and what to watch out for during this key part of the home buying/selling process.
